1.1 Most of our services and products, including test series, online courses, and downloadable materials, are delivered digitally
1.2 Access to digital products will be provided immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment

2.1 If any physical items such as books, printed admit cards, or merchandise are offered, delivery will be made to the shipping address provided during checkout
